love, sex, money which comes first in a keeping a healthy relationship?

I was told that 75% of the relationship is based on sex, then is the other 25% based on trust, communication,, etc?

If this is true then why bother having a relationship, when you can always have sex partner????. ...

What is your take on this? And what is the #1 in keeping a healthy relationship??

#1 in keeping a healthy relationship - Respect followed closely by trust / communication (which all equals friendship).....if you have all that, the sex will be great!
